      What is Blockera?

      Blockera is Urban Evolution's trading style for all Block Management endeavours.

      From the 1st of July 2023 Urban Evolution with conduct all Facilities Management under the new banner of Blockera. Blockera will be a trading style of Urban Evolution meaning very little will change from a logistical perspective.


      The reason we have decided to do this is to help define the difference between our
      departments who operate independently of one another

      Block Era (NavyYellow)What will change for tenants and landlords?

      • Inbound communication will be sent via our new website Blockera.co.uk.
      • Branding around buildings will change from Urban Evolution to Blockera.
      •  Nothing else will change, everything will remain exactly as is.
      • From July onwards we will have an inbound calling option for block accounts
        queries the number will be provided shortly.
