What is Fast track?
Urban Evolution's fast-track process allows you to immediately submit your details and payment to help you move in instantly.
Fast track applications are only for applicants who have the correct documentation ready and are able to make a holding deposit payment.
Why Apply Through the Fast Track?
Fast track helps you secure you room fast, skipping the usual application process of viewings and negotiations with the Property Manager. This application process can be beneficial for rooms in high demand, particularly during our busy moving-in period.

Please see below for Terms & Conditions of the application once the holding fee is paid:
- The Applicant confirms that if the Applicant fails the referencing process, due to incorrect or false information being provided upon which the Landlord or the Agent has relied; or the Applicant cannot comply with the “Right to Rent” checks under the Immigration Act 2014 that the Applicant will compensate the Landlord or the Agent by paying the full amount of the Holding Deposit to the Agent to cover any administration costs.
- The Applicant confirms he or she has been made aware that if the Applicant withdraws from the negotiation of the tenancy, the Applicant will lose the Holding Deposit to compensate the Landlord and the Agent for any losses incurred.
- The Holding Deposit will be returned in full to the Applicant if the Landlord withdraws the Property from the market or turns down the application of the Applicant for any other reason than failing the referencing procedure, or the inability of the Applicant to comply with the “Right to Rent” checks under the Immigration Act 2014;
