Can't find it on your contract? Below is a list of our buildings and what bills are included in the rent.

Liverpool

  • Colemans –no bills included
  • One Wolstenholme Square – basic Wi-Fi included
  • Queensland Place – all bills included
  • Norfolk House 1, Norfolk House 2- all bills included except Council Tax and TV licence
  • Parliament Place- all bills included except Council Tax and TV licence
  • Artesian- all bills included except Council Tax and TV licence
  • Exchange – all bills included

Luton

  • Park house- - all bills included.
  • Chapel house - all bills included.
  • Opto village - all bills included.
  • New Bedford- no bills included

For residents whose bills are not included you will need to notify the electricity provider that you have moved into the property & set up your account. This is your responsibility and if your electricity bill is not paid, your landlord can request for any outstanding debt to be deducted from your deposit when you depart.

answer a few questions and confirm your postcode. Please refer to your tenancy agreement for your full address and postcode.
