Landlords with Urban Evolution can check their unit status via the Arthur app. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to do this.

What is the Arthur Owner App?

We use property management software called Arthur to ensure all our tenants and landlords get a balanced service. As an Urban Evolution Landlord, you can access the Property Owner App created by Arthur, which links to the software. The Arthur Property Owner App gives you a clear overview of everything you need to know about your properties.

When you begin your property management journey with us we send you an invite to set up an account with Arthur, the app can be easily downloaded here:

With this app, you will be able to easily find important information, from tenancy agreements to EPCs.

To find the tenant status fo your unit, you can follow the following steps: 

Step 1: Logging into Arthur Property Management

1. Open Your Arthur App.
2. Enter Your Credentials: Input your username and password.
3. Click "Login": Access your landlord dashboard.

Step 2: Navigating to Your Unit

1. Dashboard Overview: Once logged in, you will see your landlord dashboard, which provides an overview of your properties and tenants.
2. Find Your Property:
   • Look for a menu or tab labeled “Properties” or “Units.”
   • Click on “Properties” to see a list of your managed properties.

Step 3: Checking Tenant Status

1. Select Your Unit:

   • Click on the specific property or unit you want to check.
   • This will open a detailed view of the selected property.

2. View Tenant Information:

   • Look for a section labeled “Tenants,” “Occupancy,” or similar.

   • Under your Units, it will read one of the following:
     - Let: Your property has successfully been rented by a tenant.
     - Under Offer/Prospective: There is a possible applicant interested in your property.
     - Available: Your property is still on the market.
