      When will I receive my first rental statement and payment from Urban Evolution?

      As of August 2022, rental statements are now produced on a monthly basis.

      Rental statements are produced within the first 5 working days of the month, where income has been paid the previous month. 

      Payments are then processed for this statement on a monthly basis for landlords with domestic bank details (Banks within the UK)

      For landlords with international bank details, payments will be made at the end of each quarter for the total of their rental statements within that quarter.
