Maintenance issues must be logged via the Arthur app, the guide below explains how to do this.
What is the Arthur app?
We use property management software called Arthur to ensure all our tenants and landlords get a balanced service. As an Urban Evolution tenant, you get access to the Occupant App created by Arthur, which links to the software. When your tenancy starts you will receive an email invite to set up an account with Arthur, the app can be easily downloaded here:
How do I activate my account?
Our property managers will set up your email on Arthur - you should receive an email to the address you provided. This email will include a unique link for you to set up an account & password. Once this is done your account is active and ready to go. You will then be able to log maintenance issues, view documents & more.
How do I log maintenance issues in my apartment?
Step 1:
Once you have completed the steps above and set up your account - you can log in to the app.
Step 2:
Tap the issues button from either the main dashboard or the side panel.
Step 3:
Tap 'Raise New Issue' - any live issues will be listed below.
Step 4:
Select the most appropriate description for your issue. If you are unsure please select 'miscellaneous'.
Step 5:
Fill out the further description box giving as much information as you can. If you have any documents or images to include please attached these. Review & submit your issue. You will be taken back to the issues screen, you may need to refresh or return to the dashboard before your issue shows in the list.
I have no access to the Arthur App
If you do not have access to the app, please email us at help@theurbanevolution.co.uk and include your full name, property address and phone number so we can email out a setup link.
If you have already set up an account please select Forgot Password on the Arthur app and follow the steps to recover your account access.
Importance of logging issues
If you find something that doesn't look right in your apartment, please log this - the sooner we are aware of an issue the faster we can begin fixing it. Negligence towards maintenance can lead to much larger issues, causing damage and putting others at risk. If any tenants are found to be negligent we may recover costs from your deposit to cover any damage from or caused by the issue.
