A Step-by-Step Guide to Getting Back Inside.

Keeping track of your keys may seem like a small detail, but it can make a big difference in your daily life. Losing or forgetting your keys can cause stress, inconvenience, and potentially even danger, especially if you're locked out of your home. Additionally, replacing lost keys can be costly and time-consuming, and may require you to change your locks for security purposes. By taking care of your keys and making a habit of carrying them with you, you can save yourself time, money, hassle, and avoid the frustration and anxiety of being locked out. 

If you ever find yourself locked out, here's what you could do: 

Queensland Place

  • Check if the concierge is available to open the door during business hours. 
  • If the concierge is not available, call the Blockera onsite facilities manager at 07483333801, who is available from 7PM to 7AM. 
  • Keep in mind that there is a charge for key replacements (£40) or card replacements (£25). 
  • It's important to look after your keys to prevent getting locked out in the first place. Try to keep them in a safe and secure place, and make sure to take them with you when you leave the building. 
  • Please always be prepared to show proof of your tenancy via Arthur app or ID as this will need verifying before you are let in. 

Norfolk House and The Artesian 

  • If you experience any issues you should report them through the Arthur app. 
  • If you need to speak to the day concierge, their phone number is 07483333823. They are available during regular business hours. 
  • For issues that arise outside of regular business hours, you should contact the night concierge at 07483333801 or 07483178248. They will be able to assist you outside of regular business hours. 
  • Please always be prepared to show proof of your tenancy via Arthur app or ID as this will need verifying before you are let in. 

The Exchange and Arndale House 

  • You can call Blockera onsite facilities manager at 07483333824 which is a 24/7 number. 
  • Additionally, you can email exchange@theurbanevolution.co.uk with your enquiry for both properties and one of our agents will get in touch with you asap. 
  • Please always be prepared to show proof of your tenancy via Arthur app or ID as this will need verifying before you are let in. 

One Wolstenholme Square 

  • You can call 07483333672.
  • Make a note of the concierge phone number which should be on display at reception.
  • Additionally, you can email wolstenholmesquare@theurbanevolution.co.uk with your enquiry and one of our agents will get in touch with you asap. 
  • Please always be prepared to show proof of your tenancy via Arthur app or ID as this will need verifying before you are let in. 

The Address

  • The Address has a 24/7 concierge available to open the door for you.

  • You can call 07483933501 in case the concierge is not at the reception desk.
  • Make a note of the Blockera concierge phone number which should be on display at reception.

Sovereign & Newbank

  • In the unfortunate event that you lose your key, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a new key to be cut for you, and a fee of £20 will be charged to cover the cost of the replacement key. Please ensure that you take care of your key to avoid any unnecessary costs or inconvenience. 
  • Please always be prepared to show proof of your tenancy via Arthur app or ID as this will need verifying before you are let in. 

Burgess House

  • If you find yourself locked out of Burgess House, please note that there is no on-site concierge or facilities manager available to assist with entry.
  • In the event of a lock out, we recommend that you contact a professional locksmith to assist you with gaining entry to the property. 
  • Please keep in mind that the cost of the locksmith services will be your responsibility and not covered by the building management.
  • To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that you take extra care to ensure that you have your keys with you at all times and do not lock yourself out. 
  • Please always be prepared to show proof of your tenancy via Arthur app or ID as this will need verifying before you are let in. 

Avalon Court and Minerva House

  • We recommend you call Magpie Security in order to get access to your property. 
  • A fee of £20 will be charged to cover the cost of the replacement key, plus an extra £60 for the callout.
  • Please always be prepared to show proof of your tenancy via Arthur app or ID as this will need verifying before you are let in. 

Opto Village

  • Opto Village is monitored 24/7.
