You can expect to receive your rental payment at the beginning of each quarter. This payment will be released on the 8th day of that month and will typically take 5 working days to clear.
It is common for some international banks, such as those in United Arab Emirates, to flag payments being transfered from the United Kingdom.
To help us process your payment efficiently, please send the below information to rentalaccounts@theurbanevolution.co.uk, with your unit address in the subject line.
This information is commonly requested by banks in order to procure payments. Rest assured, the information you provide is confidential and will not be shared. It will be stored securely in accordance with our data protection policies.
Recipient Information:

Full Name: Your full name as it appears on your bank account.

Account Number: Your bank account number to which the funds will be credited.

Bank Name and Branch: The name and branch of the the respected bank account.

SWIFT/BIC Code: The respected bank account's SWIFT/BIC code to ensure the payment is routed correctly.

IBAN (International Bank Account Number): Your IBAN, especially if the transfer is to a country that uses the IBAN system.

Address of the Recipient: Sometimes, the full address of the recipient may be required.
