You must contact your Block Managing Agent to report maintenance issues in the communal areas or exterior of your building.
How do I report communal area maintenance?
Depending on the urgency of the issue, you should respond differently to different issues in your communal areas.
Emergencies
In the first instance, any emergencies or threats to life should be reported to the emergency services as soon as possible.
This includes but is not limited to: fire, excessive flooding, gas leaks, falling debris etc.
Non-Emergencies
For Non-emergency issues, you should contact the Block Managing Agent for your building.
If Blockera are your Block Managing agent, please raise maintenance issues, via the website or via email.

Importance of Reporting Maintenance Issues
If you find something that doesn't look right in your building, please log this - the sooner the Block Managing Agent is made aware of an issue the faster they can begin fixing it. Negligence towards maintenance can lead to much larger issues, causing damage and putting others at risk. If any tenants are found to be negligent we may recover costs from your deposit to cover any damage from or caused by the issue.
