      Terms & Conditions:

      1. Eligibility:
      • This offer is valid only for direct bookings made for the 2025/26 Academic Year. (Bookings via Third Parties, such as AmberStudent, UniAcco, Student.com are not eligible).
      • A minimum contract length of 44 weeks is required to qualify for the offer.
      • This offer applies exclusively to bookings made at the following student accommodations:
      • Properties located in Luton are excluded from this offer.
      2. Redemption:
      • The £25 Uber Eats Gift Card will be issued only after the first rental installment has been successfully paid.

      3. Offer Period:

      • The booking process must be completed, and the Assured Tenancy Agreement must be signed on or before 31st March 2025 to qualify for the offer.

      4. Non-Affiliation:

      • This promotion is not affiliated, sponsored, or endorsed by Uber Eats or any of its partners.

      5. One Gift Per Booking:

      • The offer is limited to one £25 Uber Eats Gift Card per person.

      6. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable:

      • The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

      7. Changes to Offer:

      • The provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

      8. Offer Exclusivity:

      • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or incentives provided by the accommodation provider.

      9. Cancellations and Refunds:

      • If the booking is canceled or terminated before the start of the tenancy, the participant will no longer qualify for the gift card.
      • In the event of contract breach or non-payment of subsequent rental installments, the provider reserves the right to revoke the offer.

      9. Gift Card Delivery:

      • The £25 Uber Eats Gift Card will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during booking within 14 days of receiving the first rental installment.
      • The accommodation provider is not responsible for incorrect or invalid email addresses supplied by the participant.

      10. Fraud Prevention:

      • The accommodation provider reserves the right to withhold or retract the gift card in cases of suspected fraud or misrepresentation.

      11. Limited Availability:

      • This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn once promotional stock is depleted.
