Everyone has the right to live peacefully in their own home. Most of our tenants never experience or cause antisocial behaviour. However, Urban Evolution takes instances of antisocial behaviour very seriously.
When living in apartments please be aware that people may be living above or underneath you, so if you are causing noise this will travel and could be causing a nuisance to your neighbours.
Please do not drop litter around the building. CCTV is installed on site and any tenant found to be littering will be fined £250.
Smoking is not permitted.
Please be considerate of your neighbours and treat the apartment block, residents, and Urban Evolution staff with respect. Tenants must not cause or allow household members, or visitors to cause a nuisance or annoyance to the landlord, other tenants, staff, or neighbours within the locality. (Anti-social behaviour includes minor problems with pets, children, littering and lifestyle cases through to serious noise problems, violent and criminal behaviour, domestic abuse, the supply and use of controlled drugs, and intimidation, harassment, or victimisation on the grounds of a persons’ race, sex (gender), sexual orientation, disability, age, religion or belief, pregnancy or maternity status, socio-economic status)
Do not use the property or allow others to use the Property in a way which causes noise which can be heard outside the Property between 10pm and 8am or a nuisance annoyance or damage to any neighbouring, adjoining, or adjacent property or the owners or occupiers of them.
Reported cases of anti-social behaviour can lead to your tenancy being terminated.
Please remember to:
- Keep noise volumes to a considerate level
- Don’t leave any items in the communal area, they could be stolen or be a health and safety risk
- Do not give access to the communal areas of your block to people if you don’t know who they are
- Do not make excessive noise late at night, this could lead to a local authority fine
We want everyone to feel safe and respected during their tenancy. Should you witness any instances of Antisocial behaviour or littering, please make a record of this and raise it to your property manager as soon as possible.
